Airlines or Calm Air have daily flights from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to The
Pas Airport[CYQD](private aircraft are welcome). AIR DIVISION
ROAD-fromWinnipeg, Manitoba-approx. 7-8 hours via Hwys-#6, to #60 to #10 to #287
via The Central
North American Corridor Hwy#83 to Hwy#10
TRAIN-VIA Rail
travels from Winnipeg to The Pas- there is a train stop (Atikameg) Mile 25
across from our location. This same train travels to the Hudson Bay port of
Churchill.
BORDER CROSSING INTO CANADA
Normally, entering Canada is simple and uneventful. Items of concern are:
GUNS-hunting
weapons will be allowed but MUST be declared. New gun laws will not be in affect
till 2001.

-NO handguns
-some
guns(military assult type rifles) may be restricted
-pepper spray is
illegal
-amounts of
ammunition, alcohol, tobacco, and agriculture products may be questioned
-nightcrawlers
may be brought in commercial bedding(but not dirt)
